The Institute of Communication Agencies and BCMA Canada have come together for a panel series that looks at racism as a structure and a systemic problem, not simply an event that requires intent to exist.Conversations will focus on how we can act now to implement real policy changes in our business, how we can combat racism and create an equitable industry, workplace and leadership path, specifically for Black people.

In this panel, we discuss the state of Black representation and storytelling in Canadian content, the importance of diversity in content, and the actions needed today to make real change.
